- Income Source: Applicants must demonstrate a reliable source of income to ensure repayment of the loan.
- Savings Commitment: Applicants must show willingness to save through upfront and regular savings.
- Good Conduct: Applicants should have good behavior within the community.

- የንግድ ፍቃድ : በንግድ ስራ ላይ የተሰማሩ ተበዳሪዎች የንግድ ምዝገባና ፍቃድ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
- የብድር ታሪክ : አመልካቾች ከሌላ ተቋም የወሰዱት ብድር አለመኖሩን የሚያሳይ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል ፡፡
- ዋስትና : አመልካቾች የብድር ማስያዣ የንብረት ዋስትና አሊያም ዋስ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል
- የገቢ ምንጭ : አመልካቾች ቋሚ የገቢ ምንጭ እንዳላቸው የሚያሳይ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
