House innovation & Renewal Loan

This loan is disbursed to those who need to undertake house innovation and renewal.To access this loan clients are expected to prove they are undertaking construction to their own house by presenting the necessary legal documents and generate sufficient income to repay the loan. The maximum loan size disbursed is Birr 600,000. The maximum loan term is 60 months.
